So…yeah…it has been a while

Poor lil’ kitten got scared when he suddenly noticed he isn’t the only critter in the house. Luckily he ran into the room I was prepping for him to chill out in….he’s been hiding back there the past two days, and isn’t too keen any me getting close to him yet.

Glazed Pork Chops

Preheat oven to 350. Arrange 6 boneless chops in a greased baking pan. Mix together 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 tablespoons veg oil, 1 tablespoon Worcester sauce, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 2 tablespoons ketchup. Pour half mixture over meat, bake for 30 minutes. Flip chops, pour rest of mixture over meat and bake for 30 more minutes.

Roasted veggies: Cut up couple potatoes, carrots, celery, and 1/2 onion. Place in glass baking pan. Toss with olive oil and salt&pepper. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
